Apple, rum and pineapple turnover

The ingredients

  • 6 apples
  • 1 pineapple
  • 30g sugar
  • 30g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of amber rum
  • 1 pure butter puff pastry


  1. To begin, rinse and peel the apples and cut them into cubes.
  1. Peel the pineapple, remove the core and cut it into small pieces.
  1. Put the mixture in a saucepan with a little water and add the sugar and rum.
  1. Leave to cook on a low heat until the desired texture is obtained (20 minutes on average).
  1. Cut the dough into small squares and place them on a baking tray.
  1. Add the hot apple to the centre of the squares and cover it with the 4 corners.
  1. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
  1. Enjoy with passion!
