The High Environmental Value (HVE) guarantees that the agricultural practices used on the whole of a farm preserve the natural ecosystem and reduce to a minimum the pressure on the environment (soil, water, air, landscape...). This is a voluntary approach that is implemented by our producers, based on 4 main themes:
- the preservation of biodiversity
- plant health strategy
- fertilisation management
- water resources management
All of our French producers (Vergers de Séru, Mylord', Alliance Perlim Melim and Blue Whale) have orchards certified as High Environmental Value.
