The ingredients

  • 2 RUBIS GOLD ® apples
  • 2 rolls of pure butter puff pastry
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk

Preparation

    1-Peel and dice the apples.

    2-In a pan, melt the butter. Add the apples and cook covered over medium heat for 15 minutes.

    3-Reheat your oven to 200°C.

    With a round cookie cutter, cut out the puff pastry. With a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut out some of the rounds and place the stars on the side of the cutout.

    You can also make star-shaped cut-outs instead of rounds.

    4-Place the circles and stars on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Place the lollipop sticks on top, pressing down a little. Put a little apple cinnamon in the centre of each circle. Cover with a second circle of dough. Seal the edges with the teeth of a fork.

    5-With a brush, brown the pie pops with an egg yolk diluted with a little water.

    Bake for 7 to 10 minutes at 200°C. Let cool before eating!

    Add a few grains of sugar on top.
