- To begin, rinse and peel the apples and cut them into cubes.
- Peel the pineapple, remove the core and cut it into small pieces.
- Put the mixture in a saucepan with a little water and add the sugar and rum.
- Leave to cook on a low heat until the desired texture is obtained (20 minutes on average).
- Cut the dough into small squares and place them on a baking tray.
- Add the hot apple to the centre of the squares and cover it with the 4 corners.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
