The ingredients

  • 2 rolls of puff pastry
  • 4 Rubis Gold
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 bean

Preparation

  1. Peel and quarter the Rubis Gold and remove the seeds
  2. Grate into thin slices in a bowl
  3. Combine the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and honey in a bowl, then pour over the apples and mix gently
  4. Let stand for 10 minutes
  5. Roll out the puff pastry and prick it
  6. Pour in the apples and their juice, spread out and slip in the bean
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°.
  8. Cover with the second paste and weld together
  9. Score the pastry with a knife and brown it with a brush and egg yolk
  10. Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy!
