The ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 100g grated coconut
  • 75 of powdered sugar
  • 50g melted butter
  • 50g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pure butter puff pastry

Preparation

  1. First, wash and peel the apples and cut them into thin strips.
  1. Put them on the shortcrust pastry that you have previously put in a pie tin.
  1. Beat the egg with the sugar, add the butter, coconut and flour.
  1. Pour the mixture over the tart and bake at 210°C for 40 minutes.
  1. Ding! Ready to be eaten!
