The ingredients

  • 3 apples
  • 150g butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 150g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 50g ground hazelnuts
  • 50g of crushed dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of rum

Preparation

  1. To begin, rinse and peel the apples and dice them.
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the butter, hazelnuts, cinnamon and rum.
  1. Once the dough is smooth, add the flour and yeast. 
  1. Cut the chocolate into large pieces and add it to the apples.
  1. Pour the mixture into a dish and bake for 30 minutes at 175°C.
