En 2011, un p\u00e9pini\u00e9riste belge, Johan NiCOLAI et ses enfants, se concentrent sur l\u2019obtention d\u2019une pomme jaune gustative. Ils ont alors hybrid\u00e9 sans cesse et isol\u00e9 plus de 15.000 semis uniques, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une \u00abp\u00e9pite \u00ab, par le croisement d\u2019une pomme tr\u00e8s aromatique mais complexe \u00e0 produire, la Tentation\u00ae <\/sup>(Delblush), avec une pomme pr\u00e9sentant de grandes qualit\u00e9s agronomiques, la Pirouette\u00ae <\/sup>(Rubinstep).<\/p>
